At Tecniman we supply silicone hoses for industrial vehicles. Silicone hoses for industrial vehicles have high resistance to high temperatures, pressures and oils.

They are designed for the cooling and heating systems of buses and trucks, and for other industrial applications that require temperature resistance. The category contains four products:

  • SIL 200: blue VMQ silicone interior with 3 layers of polyester fabric, smooth inside and outside. Inside diameters from 6 to 100 mm.
  • SIL 700 with wire: the same construction with steel wire, smooth inside and corrugated outside. Inside diameters from 6 to 100 mm.
  • Blue silicone reducer: reducers that join two different diameters, for example 25 to 44 mm or 50 to 60 mm.
  • Silicone hose for turbo: red outside and blue inside, with polyester fabric and steel wire waves, for turbochargers. Inside diameters from 34 to 89 mm.

SIL 200, SIL 700 and the reducers work from -60 ºC to +180 ºC, and the turbo hose from -50 ºC to +220 ºC. Choose SIL 200 for a smooth finish inside and outside, and SIL 700 when you need wire reinforcement. For other straight, elbow or reducer sizes, please ask us.
