Rubber profiles and silicone cords
We offer a wide range of rubber and silicone profiles, made by extrusion or cutting, to meet all kinds of needs in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
The rubber bars and cords category includes:
- NBR cord in nitrile rubber, 60 SH, for sealing gaskets where resistance to oils or petrol is required; diameters from 4 to 20 mm on rolls.
- Neoprene sponge cord, 25 SH, for sealing gaskets; diameters from 3 to 25 mm.
- Silicone cord and silicone profile, non-toxic and food grade, 60 SH, from -50 ºC to +200 ºC.
- Grey profile and ADH rubber profile (single-sided adhesive) in sponge rubber, 25 SH, in widths from 10 to 100 mm and thicknesses from 2 to 30 mm.
To choose, start with the material for the application: nitrile where there is contact with oils or petrol, silicone for food use or high temperatures, and sponge rubber or neoprene where a lower hardness (25 SH) is needed. Then define the shape (round cord or profile) and the size; please enquire about the sizes available for each item.
