PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Personal data are collected and processed through the various forms owned by Técnica y Mantenimiento, S.A. and made available to Users for the following purposes, depending on the specific case: to manage and respond to requests for information, questions, complaints, compliments or suggestions regarding publications or any services, activities, acts or events provided, offered, sponsored and/or supported by Técnica y Mantenimiento, S.A.; to learn users’ opinions; and, in addition, to manage job applications through the collection of CVs, in order to contact the applicant and carry out a selection process.

RETENTION PERIOD
The personal data provided will be kept for the period required to comply with legal obligations, or for as long as the data subject does not object to the processing or withdraw their consent.

LEGAL BASIS
Técnica y Mantenimiento, S.A. is entitled to process personal data on the basis of the consent given by the data subject by signing or accepting the relevant forms, for one or more specific purposes, as set out in Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

ACCURACY OF DATA
Furthermore, so that the data held in our files, whether electronic and/or on paper, always reflect reality, we will endeavour to keep them up to date. For this purpose, the User must make any changes directly, where this option is available, or by notifying the relevant area or department of Técnica y Mantenimiento, S.A. by a verifiable means.

RECIPIENTS
Personal data will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties, except where necessary for the performance, control and fulfilment of the stated purpose(s), in the cases provided for by law.

USERS’ RIGHTS
Notwithstanding the above, the data subject may at any time exercise the rights granted to them under the General Data Protection Regulation, namely:

  • The right to request rectification or erasure,
  • The right to request restriction of processing,

SECURITY MEASURES
Finally, Técnica y Mantenimiento, S.A. will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in its information system, in compliance with the principle of accountability, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the stored data and prevent their alteration, loss, or unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying likelihood and severity associated with each processing operation.
