At Tecniman we supply hoses for delivering gases for oxy-fuel welding and cutting, with oxygen and acetylene or propane. Gas and welding hoses are manufactured to safety standard EN-559.

With our expert advisers you will find every type of gas and welding hose with the special characteristics your sector needs: safety, flexible structure, resistance to extreme temperatures and excellent electrical insulation, among others.

Each gas has its own hose, identified by colour and manufactured to ISO3821:

  • Oxygen-20: blue synthetic rubber hose with textile reinforcement. Inside diameters from 6 to 25 mm.
  • Acetylene-20: red, with the same construction. Inside diameters from 6 to 25 mm.
  • Propane: orange and lightweight, with NBR inner tube and EPDM/CR cover, for LPG. Inside diameters from 6 to 25 mm.
  • Twin hose: blue and red double hose extruded together, in EPDM and EPDM/SBR, in sizes 6+6 and 8+9 mm.

Oxygen-20 and Acetylene-20 resist incandescent particles, hot surfaces, weathering, ozone and abrasion. All work at 20 bar. Choose the hose by gas and by the diameter of your equipment, or the twin hose if you prefer two hoses joined into one.
