Features

Hose with blue silicone interior VMQ (Vinyl Methyl Quality), reinforced with 3 layers of polyester fabric with high resistance to pressure. Smooth inner and outer appearance. Smooth interior and exterior appearance. Usually supplied in 1 m lengths, on request in lengths up to 4 m, and from 6 mm to 25 mm diameter in 25 m lengths.

Applications

Hose suitable for cooling and heating systems in buses and trucks, as well as in other industrial applications requiring temperature resistance.

Temperatures

From -60ºC to +180ºC

For industrial silicone hoses, SIL 200 quality is the standard. However, they can also be supplied on request and to any customer specification: silicone hoses with wire (SIL 700), corrugated and highly flexible (SIL 800), with fiberglass reinforcement for high temperatures (SIL GLASS), oil-resistant silicone (SIL 200 R/A), 90º /45º /135º bends, reductions (both straight and curved), etc.

Within industrial silicones, we cover a wide range of applications for the automotive and marine industries. We can supply any silicone tube for turbo systems, either smooth or corrugated with wire. With the possibility of manufacturing any special shape (elbow, pipe reduction with corrugations, etc.) upon customer’s request.
