Automatic hose reels

Description

Automatic hose reels in painted steel or AISI 304 stainless steel, series with adjustable arms. The reel can be supplied without hose or fitted with the hose required for oil, antifreeze, grease, and air and water at low and high pressure.

Options on request

On painted steel reels, the internal parts in contact with the fluid are made of zinc-plated steel; on request they can be made in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel.

On 304 stainless steel reels, the internal parts in contact with the fluid are made of AISI 304 stainless steel; on request they can be made in AISI 316 stainless steel.

The reels can be supplied with the HB Hydraulic Spring Brake mechanism, a hydraulic kit with patent no. 0001426967. This mechanism is specially developed to adjust the hose rewind tension on the reel, preventing accidental high-speed rewinding.

On request, they can be supplied with ATEX 2014/34/EU group II category 2 certification.
