TECNIMAN’s top priority is to offer the best quality in the services it provides to its customers. The company understands that one of the fundamental elements of its Quality Policy is meeting the demands, expectations, and quality standards that its customers expect.
Through teamwork and the effective application of a Continuous Improvement Process in all areas of the company, TECNIMAN will achieve the following objectives:
- Customer-oriented services to achieve maximum satisfaction
- System and process orientation towards continuous improvement
To achieve this, the company undertakes to:
- Focus your quality management system on compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, in accordance with current legislation.
- Design indicators that allow you to monitor the achievement of your objectives through reviews of your management system.
- Promote the planning of its activities through the standardization of its processes as a means of reducing internal and external failures, minimizing the possibility of error.
- Seek to identify the causes of non-conformities and develop corrective and preventive actions that enable continuous improvement.
- Encourage staff participation as a means of consolidating the company within its sector and creating a corporate culture that also generates stable jobs.
- Achieve the integration of its suppliers and providers as an essential element in guaranteeing its work processes.
This Quality Policy must be known and applied by everyone at TECNIMAN, for which it will be disseminated internally in a complete and effective manner. It will be developed through a Quality System, which will be described in the Quality Manual and in the corresponding procedures.
Roles, responsibilities, and authorities in the organization.
For the definition and subsequent development of the Quality Policy, Management is assisted by the Quality Manager, who is the person designated as Management’s representative for:
- Ensure the definition and constant maintenance of the Quality System in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard, and that said system is established, implemented, and maintained.
- Report on the operation and evolution of the system to Management, so that it can carry out a review, and as a basis for improving the Quality System.
